Cancellation PolicyIf a booking is cancelled more than 180 days ahead of arrival, then a full refund of monies paid is provided less a $50 handling charge.
When a booking is cancelled between 179 - 120 days before arrival, then no refund is made unless we are able to relet the accommodation. If so, then a 50% refund is made.
For cancellations made 119 days or less before arrival then there is no refund, but depending upon the reasons for cancellation (and at our discretion) then the amount paid may be credited towards a future stay within 6 months of original stay.
Additionally, in case of delays due to travel difficulties, the number of nights booked will be charged for regardless. If you arrive after the scheduled arrival date or depart before the final date of the reservation, you will be charged for the lodging as reserved and guaranteed by us, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation.
To avoid any loss due to cancellation, we always recommend you take out Personal Travel Insurance to cover this.
Check In/Check Out TimesCheck in is after 1.00pm & Check Out is before 11.00am.
We try to help our guests whose travel plans require either an earlier arrival or later departure. However, we need to know this in advance so not to inconvenience other guests who may be arriving or departing from the same accommodation.
Security Deposit PaymentWe will hold requested accommodation for 24 hours once Security Deposit is requested. Payment is usually by credit card via PayPal or to our bank account in the USA. This Security Deposit will be refunded within 7 days of departure providing everything in the property is left clean & tidy as found with no breakages or damage.
Payment for AccommodationThis will become due in full no later than 1 month before arrival, either by PayPal or direct to our bank account in US. If no payment is received within 14 days before arrival, and having been requested, then we may regard the reservation as cancelled.
Travel InsuranceWe strongly recommend that guests protect themselves from the risks of overseas travel by purchasing suitable insurance.
Information ProtectionWe never share your personal information with any 3rd parties.
No Smoking PolicyFor the comfort of our guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the building. If it is found that smoking has taken place inside the building, then we reserve the right to charge a $200 de-fumigation fee.
No Pets PolicyTo avoid any discomfort for our guests, we do not allow pets on the property.
